Integrations

Works with the tools your team already runs.

OneOS reads from the places a case's history is scattered, and shows it back inside the tools your people work in. Each tool's status is listed honestly below.

Connect once at workspace level. Reps and engineers connect nothing.

Where your team sees OneOS

No new tool for your team to open.

OneOS shows up inside the software each person already works in. Reps see it next to the ticket. DevOps sees it in Slack and Jira. Nobody switches tabs, and DevOps doesn't need a help-desk seat.

Every tool, with its status

Every tool, and what it adds to a case.

Filter by the team that uses it, or by status. Point at a row to see which part of the case record it fills in.

How connecting works

Your admin connects each tool once.

In the OneOS admin console, an admin connects each tool for your whole workspace. Individual reps don't connect anything. Credentials are encrypted and can be removed at any time.
