Thanks. We'll be in touch within one working day.
- We reply from a real person's inbox to agree a time for the 30 minutes.
- We prepare a realistic case that matches , in , Slack and Jira.
- On the call we show it, then agree whether it fits. If it does, we plan how to connect your tools.
You asked to hear when the editor version is ready. We'll write to you then.

Who should join
Bring the people who touch the case.
You don't need everyone. Pick the role you'd bring and see what we'd show them, what we'd ask them, and what to have ready.

Nothing is required. If you can, bring one case that changed hands badly, as a few lines or a ticket you can describe. Leave out customer names. We show the product on a realistic case, so we don't need access to your systems for the call.
It helps to know which help desk and chat tool you use. The form asks for the help desk.
Whoever feels the problem: the Head of Support or support ops, and a DevOps or engineering lead if cases escalate to them. If a security review is coming, bring that person too.
What we'd show each roleOneOS is priced per workspace, with seats for the people who use it. Early customers are set up directly with us. We'll walk you through it on the call.
Yes. Sign-in goes through your identity provider with SAML (Okta is live) and access follows SCIM provisioning. Each customer's data is kept separate, every action is in the audit log, and credentials for your tools are encrypted at rest.
What we haven't published yet, such as certifications, hosting region and sub-processors, is marked as not yet published. We'd rather say that than guess.
Read the security pageThe editor extension is planned, not shipped. Today engineers get the case through Jira and Slack. Tick the box in the form and we'll tell you when the editor version is ready. We won't sell it before then.
How engineers get the case todayYes, we're early, and we say so. We work closely with a small number of support teams, and you'd work directly with the people who build it. What we can show you is the product working on your kind of case, live, in the walkthrough.
