Support teams
Stop asking customers to start over.
OneOS gives every rep the history of the case they just picked up, inside Zendesk or HubSpot. Shift changes, reassignments and reopens stop being restarts.
Works inside Zendesk and HubSpot.
Handoffs
The handoffs you manage every day.
Each one is a place where a case can lose its history. Pick one and see the same moment with and without OneOS.
Reopened cases
The reopen is where trust is won or lost.
A customer who reopens a case already feels let down. If the next rep asks them to explain again, that feeling becomes a decision about renewal. OneOS shows the new rep the whole previous attempt, so their first reply proves someone was paying attention.
The split reports arrive now. Thank you.
The monthly one is empty again.
Closed by Rosa. Ines confirmed the split reports arrive. The history stays on the case.

What was tried
Know what was ruled out.
What was tried lists each action, what happened, and the proof. Reps stop restarting the same troubleshooting, and customers stop hearing “have you tried clearing the cache” for the third time.
Have you tried clearing the template cache?
Yes, Rosa did that two weeks ago. It made no difference.
Things a rep might try next on #5230
Escalation
Escalate once. Watch it move.
Send a case to DevOps in Slack or Jira with its history attached. When DevOps replies in the thread, the reply is recorded on the case. Your rep can update the customer without pinging anyone.
What leaders get
See where cases get stuck.
Every case carries a recorded history: who had it, what was tried, what's open and waiting on whom. Reviewing a bad case no longer means reconstructing it from memory.
Inside your help desk
Reps see what they need, not what they shouldn't.
OneOS is an app in the ticket sidebar of Zendesk and HubSpot, plus a full case view. Reps don't sign in to anything new. They get a masked view: they can tell a customer a fix is in progress without seeing private code, raw logs or internal discussion.
Our scheduled reports came through as empty PDFs overnight. We send these to our board on Wednesdays.

Our engineers have a fix in progress for long reports. Until it ships, I've sent them split.
